マリンスタジアム遠征

突然当日のチケットを取って観戦に行きたいとのことで了承し、車で行くことにした

駅からスタジアムまでは歩く距離が長いので、比較的近所にイオンモールがあり、4時間無料で3000円で2時間、5000円で4時間追加無料ということで、ここに車を停めた

日常生活でのできごと

歩き

なんとなくかっこよく聞こえるのでウォーキングと言われるにだと思うが、まあ歩きだよね

高脂血症の治療薬の手持ちがなくなりそうだったので、1時間早引けしていつもの内科に行った

今回は体重と身長を測って適正体重？を求め、目標として達成するための行動を設定された
とりあえず80kgを切ることを目標とし、食事や間食を気にすること、毎日4000歩歩くこと、股関節に負担がかからないように上半身の運動をするなど設定された

そのため、病院から薬局、セブンイレブンを経由したうえで、本日の歩数が3000歩を超えるまで歩き続けて、帰ってくることで4000歩をクリアすることにした。

で、根岸森林公園を目指し、駐車場のあたりで3000歩を超えたことを確認できたので、折り返し帰ってきたら5000歩を超えた

明日からは出社するから、歩きは大丈夫だろうけど、その後継続できるか？

リアルタイムではないがオペラのライブビューイングを上映するというので桜木町にコレットマーレのブルク13に向かった。

上映前の宣伝であぶない刑事の新作を紹介しており、コレットマーレ爆破予告がされるとのことでちょっと気になった

オペラの題目はグノーのロミオとジュリエットでかなり良かったように記憶している

上映後は福万園のカレー
